I’m Denise Sutton, the mother.  My career has taken me from helping others sell, rent, and buy homes to holding board positions, company ownership, teaching real estate, and now to owning another real estate company. 

You can say I’m addicted to helping with your real estate needs in any way I can;  just ask my daughter, Ashley Sutton Tullio.  She was introduced to this life at age two and she has blazed a trail of her own ever since.

Ashley and I have formed this company with an eye on customized real estate service with an emphasis in property management and residential sales. Ashley is in the field. I’m behind the scenes, mostly. When you’re working with us you can rest easy knowing you’re working with people who care about you love what they do.

Ashley officially entered the real estate industry at age 19.  In fact, she was too young to attend the annual REALTOR® party those first two years because they served alcohol and she was below age! 

Ashley specializes in managing rental property and helping buyers and sellers. Most, if not all of her business is repeat and referral. She has loyal customers who wouldn’t think of using anyone but her to help them navigate their complex transactions. She has a loyal following and she has earned it!

Not only is she devoted to helping her clients, she is also mom to three precious children and two fur babies. She is the former President of Chesapeake Little League, married to a career Navy Senior Chief, and the person people call when they need to get something done.

I’m Amy Trahan, passionate about serving the Hampton Roads community. My journey in real estate is driven by a deep love for helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties across this vibrant region.

As a military lifestyle expert, I understand firsthand the unique needs of service members and their families.

Beyond real estate, I’m also an accomplished Interior Designer and Certified Home Stager. I love blending my design expertise with market knowledge to create inviting spaces, stage homes for maximum impact, or find the perfect property for my clients.
